Does it bring more than just CW battles? Yes. But mostly battles… big, small, medium battles. WZ is a combat mod that adds battles and random encounters. In fact, the general consensus has been that you don’t need to choose one over the other. Interestingly, the two mods aren’t at all similar except on the face of things and we’ve had many users who enjoy the combination of both. Also, I may be wrong in stating some of this as I can’t work on modding and use CWO at the same time. CWO may have functions that I am unaware of so please don’t take the below as a comprehensive list. I want to state up front that I obviously know far more about WARZONES than I do about CWO and none of what I say should be taken as a slight against ApolloDown or CWO.

So, I’ve been asked to compare WZ and CWO… here’s the answer I gave on the NEXUS: Fixes/solutions for the majority of these appear on the CWO NEXUS description page. Bear in mind that there are a number of known-issues with CWO that may cause quests to fail or other oddities. The batch files (.txt) you want to use into your Skyrim directory and * These Heimskr files are for those who sided with the Stormcloaks not the Imperials.
Sleeps in his house instead of the tent near Jorrvaskr. Heimskr's civil war camp AI so if CivilWarCleanup has been used he Resurects Heimskr if he gets lost or killed during the civil war. Resurects Severio Pelagia after his death during the civil war and if CivilWarCleanup has been used he sleeps in his house. There's also options to bring back Severio Pelagia, Heimskr and allowsĬleans up Whiterun, Solitude and Windhelm. Via the same xmarkers which initiated the changes in the first place. Solitude and Windhelm safely as it only reverses the civil war changes The main batch file cleans up Whiterun city inside and outside, esp based mod to enable/disable these type of event
